Thank you for shopping with Sage Vacay. We currently deliver within Pakistan through independent courier partners.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 working days after order confirmation or receipt of payment, where applicable.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During launches, sales, holidays or periods of unusually high demand, processing may take longer. We will make reasonable efforts to inform customers of any significant delay.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is:

* Major cities: approximately 2–5 working days
* Other cities and remote areas: approximately 4–8 working days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier operations, weather, public holidays, security conditions, incomplete addresses or other circumstances outside Sage Vacay’s reasonable control.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated before the order is confirmed.

Order Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate name, phone number and delivery address.

Sage Vacay will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete or unavailable contact information supplied by the customer. Additional delivery charges may apply if a parcel must be shipped again due to incorrect information, refusal or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Risk of Loss

Responsibility for the parcel remains with Sage Vacay until it is delivered to the address provided by the customer. Once delivery has been completed, customers are responsible for keeping the parcel secure.
